AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We can organise this on your behalf and add it to your room account. The driver will be at the airport to greet you upon arrival. All we need is your flight number and arrival time. Private transfers are also available, please contact us for further information.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are to be advised in writing by E-mail. Cancellations received 7 days or more prior to the arrival date – the deposit will be refunded in full less a $55 administration fee.
Cancellations received 7 days or less to the arrival date, or amendments to the booking, or failure to arrive at the hotel, a cancellation fee of the full amount of the booking will be charged.
